At Finalto, we power financial markets through cutting-edge technology — and none of it works without great IT support. We’re looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to join our London team and provide 1st-line IT support to colleagues across Europe and beyond.

🛠️ Your Day-to-Day

  • Be the friendly face (and remote helper) of IT support for our London office and international teams.
  • Support Windows desktop environments and manage core office IT systems.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot wired/wireless networks, LAN/WAN connections, and telephony systems.
  • Handle hardware/software issues, install updates, and ensure smooth system performance.
  • Collaborate on both local and global IT projects — from infrastructure upgrades to tech rollouts.
  • Follow and support internal IT and security policies.
  • Track IT inventory and software licenses; manage local hardware procurement.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by writing and maintaining technical documentation and how-to guides.
  • Produce regular reports on incidents and change requests.
  • Always bring a positive, can-do attitude to each support interaction.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years in an IT support or service desk role.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016+.
  • Solid understanding of AD, DNS, DHCP.
  • Exposure to Office 365, Exchange, and Azure (a big plus!).
  • Networking knowledge (TCP/IP), and familiarity with VoIP systems and VMware environments.
  • Experience writing technical documentation or support materials.
  • Bonus points for scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell).
