Your Role:
As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll be an integral part of our growing Salesforce team, working closely with stakeholders across the business to design, build, and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy custom applications and solutions on Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Design and implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex Triggers.
- Optimize and extend Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and other integrated systems.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability through version control, code reviews, and documentation.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms using APIs, middleware, and web services.
- Support continuous improvement by actively participating in solution design discussions and suggesting innovations.
- Maintain and improve performance, scalability, and security of the Salesforce platform.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, custom objects, workflows, and data models.
- Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud (Sales and Financial Cloud experience a plus).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Gearset, Copado) and version control (e.g., Git).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical users.
- Intermediate English level or higher (spoken and written).
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce Developer certification(s) (Platform Developer I or II).
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and front-end technologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes within Salesforce.
- Background in financial services or fintech.
