Your main responsibilities will be on-boarding our institutional partners and individuals as well as providing excellent customer service while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be required to support managers and employees through a variety of tasks while providing the necessary support via phone and email. The key focus is to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
IRM are responsible for Partner on-boarding, direct client account opening and daily support, with additional finance responsibilities including but not limited to Deposits & Withdrawals, Internal Account Transfer, Credit management, Rebate payments and exchange data management.
You will need to manage incoming calls and emails, providing customers with accurate and valid information in a professional and timely manner. You will be required to work cohesively with the team, ensuring processes and policies are followed.
