Paul joined CFH (Now Finalto Financial Services Ltd) in 2010 after a number of years working in trading, and has played a key role in Finalto’s evolution into a leading global business. Paul has held a number of leadership roles at the company, including Head of European Sales. As UK-EU CEO, he draws on his extensive experience and expertise to help shape Finalto’s strategic direction.
Alex has decades of expertise in electronic trading, having played a key role in the development and growth of platforms such as ODL Securities, AxiTrader, and Finalto Asia. His career spans major financial centres including Sydney, New York, London, and now Singapore, where he has been based since 2017. As CEO of Finalto Asia, Alex is focused on driving the region’s growth and positioning the company as a leading electronic broker and fintech provider.

As CEO for the MENA region at Finalto, Conor leads the firm’s regional strategy, growth, and operations across the Middle East.

Paul Jackson brings nearly 30 years of experience across both interbank and retail FX markets, having held senior roles at a number of well-established, reputable B2B firms. With deep expertise spanning liquidity, trading, and institutional sales, he has built long-standing relationships across the industry. Now back at Finalto as Joint Head of Sales and Head of Marketing for the UK & Europe, Paul focuses on driving strategic growth and expanding the firm’s regional presence.
Chauncey is a seasoned markets professional with 25+ years of experience in multi-asset trading and institutional sales. Specialising in derivatives, equities and FX/CFDs, he has spent nine years in institutional sales at Finalto, building strong institutional partnerships and delivering bespoke trading solutions. He began his career on the trading floor and evolved with the industry into electronic markets. Based in London, with international experience in Sydney, he combines deep market expertise with a strong global network.
Chris Cotterell is Managing Director, APAC, with extensive experience across OTC derivatives and prime services, specialising in CFDs, FX, digital assets, and institutional liquidity. He works closely with brokers, institutional traders, hedge funds, crypto exchanges, proprietary trading firms, and high net worth individuals to deliver tailored liquidity, execution, and clearing solutions.
Brian Chong brings 18 years of experience in financial services, with a career spanning Sydney, London, and Singapore across online trading, institutional sales, and wealth management. Known for building trusted, long-term relationships with retail brokers and financial intermediaries, he specialises in understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions across FX, CFDs, and multi-asset products. Based in Singapore, Brian is focused on helping Finalto’s clients across Asia access the full breadth of the firm’s liquidity, execution, and prime services offering.
