What you'll be doing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides 1st and 2nd level of IT on-site and remote support to employees in several countries
  • Support Windows server/desktop infrastructure and other office services.
  • Support and maintain IT infrastructure: Wireless/wired networks, passive/active network equipment and LAN/WAN services.
  • Support and maintain office telephony system, end user phones, fax, etc.
  • Diagnose and resolve ongoing hardware/software issues
  • Carry out periodic update of operating systems or applicable software
  • Effectively participate in local and global projects
  • Follow the relevant IT and security processes and policies, guidelines, standards, blueprints
  • Responsible for the maintenance and updating of hardware inventories and software licenses
  • Managing local IT procurement
  • Contribute to Documentation, KB, manuals, participate and support knowledge sharing, as part of Global IT team
  • Provide regular reports: Change request, Incident report, etc.
  • Positive and helpful attitude for any incoming support requests

What you'll bring

Person Specification:

University degree in Computer Science or a relevant field

Knowledge and Experience

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience with Microsoft operating systems: Windows 10, Windows Server 2016 and above
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft based infrastructure – AD, DNS, and DHCP
  • Knowledge of Office 365/Exchange/Azure.
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP, and experience with equipment at least with one of vendors – Cisco, Juniper
  • Knowledge of VoIP Telephone systems is advantage
  • Experience in virtual infrastructure – VMWare, Hyper-V
  • Experience in writing technical documentation
  • Ability to understand and resolve network and performance related problems
  • Experience with Scripts & automation is advantage – PowerShell
  • ITIL knowledge is advantage
