What you'll be doing
- Produce monthly management accounts
- Prepare yearly budget and monitor it monthly
- Prepare monthly cash requests and manage cash reserves
- Reconcile and Monitor calculations and payments to suppliers and third parties
- Ensure monthly closing of the books and production of companies reporting in time with the proper level of quality
- Provide necessary information and workings to external auditors as well as Preparation and sign off the annual financial statements and tax returns
- Propose actions and recommendations for the business in order to help achieve targets
- Creation and implementation of new operational and financial working procedures to address new business needs and changes in financial systems or reporting
- Review and sign off the monthly payroll and all related adjustments as well as creation of required payroll analysis reports
- Global various projects as requested for local entities and group
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field
- 2-4 years proven accounting experience
- Drive and enthusiasm – a genuine desire to assist the business in achieving an ambitious growth strategy
- Experience with general ledger and subsidiary ledger processing and related controls
- A working knowledge of SAP general ledger system
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Practical accounting knowledge
- A positive attitude and good team-work skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Good at relationship building and influencing/persuasion
- Conscientious with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver output
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements and a commitment to improve the effectiveness of process and reporting across the Group
