Daniel Leis, Sales Director at Finalto, will be attending this year’s iFX EXPO LATAM at the World Trade Center Mexico City on 9-10 April 2025. 

We caught up with Daniel to find out what he’s hoping to get out of this year’s expo. 

Tell us about yourself 

I am a Sales Director here at Finalto, based in our London office. As a bilingual English and Spanish speaker, I tend to have more of an international focus.  My clients are located around the world and include brokers, hedge funds, asset managers and prop firms. LATAM is a dynamic market and I’m excited about further growing our client base in the region.  

What are your goals for iFX EXPO LATAM? 

Finalto is a global business with a clear mission statement: to put the world’s markets in our clients’ hands. I’ve found that there’s no substitute for connecting directly with partners, peers, and clients to stay informed about regional developments, market evolution, emerging challenges, and new opportunities. I’m looking forward to strengthening existing relationships and making new connections in Mexico City.

Demand for gold has been extremely significant this year, and we are well equipped to provide liquidity in this market.  

Is this your first visit to Mexico City? 

I’ve been to Mexico City numerous times in a personal capacity. I also went to the iFX EXPO LATAM in 2024. It was a great event in an emerging market. Our team made fabulous contacts last year and we are all very excited to be returning.
